With RecoverDock Protected you agree a fixed scope, versioned terms and milestones with the other person. Protected payments are not available yet. You can discuss and agree terms, but the deal cannot begin until funding is enabled. Do not send funds to any address or person.
Approve or dispute
From the case page, once every milestone is approved, you confirm the result. Payouts follow once payments launch.
What RecoverDock Protected covers
Every paid engagement runs through RecoverDock Protected: milestone approval, a dispute window after your approval, and payouts released only after an authorised decision with a provider-verified settlement. Off-platform payments are blocked and are never covered.

How do I approve?

How do disputes work?
Open a dispute within the dispute window. A RecoverDock moderator reviews the case.
Full or partial refund?
No funds are collected until payments launch, so there is nothing to refund.
Which cases are NOT protected?
Off-platform payments and anything outside a Protected deal are not covered — and asking for them is blocked.
Is recovery guaranteed?
No. RecoverDock never guarantees a social media account will be recovered. Protection covers the agreement terms, not the outcome.
Why shouldn't I share my password/2FA?
Legitimate recovery never needs them. RecoverDock and its experts will never ask — sharing them is dangerous and is blocked on the platform.
